Project Management: Manage creative project workflows from intake to final delivery, while partnering closely with internal partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and other business partners to ensure alignment on priorities, expectations, and timelines. Review project requests to ensure scope, objectives, and requirements are clearly defined before work begins. Partner with creative teams to develop achievable schedules and coordinate deliverables based on project complexity and team capacity. Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status updates within project management tools. Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks; escalate issues early with recommended solutions. Communicate project status, timeline changes, and key milestones through clear, concise written and verbal communication. Help drive process consistency by following established workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. What is your background? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or related field (or comparable experience) 1-3 years of experience in project management, marketing, creative operations or a related field Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment Experience using project management platforms (Workfront preferred; familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello is a plus) Do you have what it takes to be a fit as a Corporate Project Manager I at H-E-B?
