Role Description This full-time, on-site Catia V5 Design Engineer – Aerospace position is based in Hyderabad. The role involves developing and modifying 3D models and detailed drawings in Catia V5 for aerospace components and assemblies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including structural analysts, manufacturing engineers, and project managers, to refine designs, resolve issues, and support design reviews. Daily activities include interpreting technical requirements, preparing documentation, maintaining design data integrity, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and methods. The role also requires adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines while meeting project timelines and delivery expectations.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Catia V5 for 3D modeling, surfacing, and drafting of aerospace components and assemblies.
- Solid understanding of aerospace design principles, GD&T, materials, and manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal, and composites.
- Experience interpreting engineering specifications, technical drawings, and industry standards relevant to aerospace projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly in written and verbal forms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related engineering discipline; relevant certifications in CAD or aerospace design are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an aerospace or aviation design environment, preferably in a design engineering or CAD-focused role.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
