We’re looking for a confident, target-driven Outbound Sales Executive who can proactively find prospects, connect with business owners and generate qualified meetings for our team.
What you’ll do
- Make 50–80+ outbound calls/day
- Research and identify potential B2B prospects
- Connect with founders, CEOs & business owners
- Understand requirements and qualify prospects
- Handle initial objections and create interest
- Book qualified discovery meetings
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Maintain lead & follow-up records
What we’re looking for
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Confident on the phone
✔️ Comfortable with cold calling & rejection
✔️ Strong follow-up discipline
✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✔️ Telugu + English preferred
✔️ Sales/cold-calling experience is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are welcome.
Performance Matters

Quality Conversations → Qualified Prospects → Meetings → Opportunities
High performers can grow into Senior Sales / BDE roles.
