Job Description
Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Director to oversee brand-wide safety, sanitation, and product quality across locations. You will lead HACCP procedures, regulatory compliance, audits, and crisis management in collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Training, and Culinary teams.
The role requires 5–10+ years in food safety/quality, deep FDA Food Code knowledge, and strong leadership.
