Job Description
Lead Agile delivery across multiple global DataCore teams, workstreams, and vendors. Drive Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile adoption while coaching teams and stakeholders. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning. Lead Scrum of Scrums to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and release coordination. Ensure sprint commitments, backlog readiness (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), and delivery discipline. Remove delivery impediments, track risks, and drive timely escalations. Own Jira governance, data quality, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and delivery visibility. 8+ years Agile delivery experience, 5+ years Scrum Master experience, Scrum of Scrums, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, Jira & Confluence expertise, Dependency Manage
