The Associate Corporate Counsel provides legal support across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and operational matters. This role is responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, advising business partners on legal risks, supporting dispute resolution efforts, and contributing to corporate compliance and initiatives.
