ResponsibilitiesAdminister the trader compensation database and calculate compensation monthly and annuallySupport monthly financial reporting, planning, and ad hoc projectsWork with corporate accounting and auditors on year-end audits
Qualifications4+ years of hedge fund finance/accounting experience, including trader xzbcwsv compensation and financial reportingBachelor's degree in finance and/or accountingStrong modeling skills, including mapping out legal compensation agreementsStrong communication, data, and organizational skills
