We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and technology-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Supply Chain to support demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand forecasts and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate shipment planning and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Align production plans with demand forecasts and business requirements.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.
• Utilize AI tools and data analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key supply chain KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree: Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and production planning.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Python, AI tools, and data analytics will be highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.
