Achieve daily/monthly production targets

Maximize uptime of automated lines

Manpower Productivity

Cost Optimization (Reduce wastage & improve yield)

Handle fully automatic ice cream processing & packing lines

Ensure adherence to FSSAI, ISO, GMP standards

Maintenance Coordination (Ensure zero production loss)

Continuous Improvement (Drive automation & productivity improvements)

Reporting & MIS (Track KPIs, prepare reports & dashboards)

Candidate Profile

Experince in ice cream production (automatic plants)

Strong exposure to high-speed automated lines

KPI-driven mindset with focus on efficiency & cost

Strong team handling skills
