SRM Text Illustrator | 2 to 5 years | Bangalore

Key Responsibilities Create, modify, and revise SRM illustrations and content for Airbus programs including SA, LR, MB, and XWB (A318, A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350, and A380). Interpret engineering drawings and technical data to produce accurate repair illustrations and supporting text. Convert engineering inputs into clear, structured repair procedures and visuals . Ensure all deliverables comply with Airbus standards, tools, and processes . Perform impact analysis and incorporate changes into SRM documentation effectively. Develop and maintain both graphical and textual content for structural repair manuals. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to validate technical accuracy and completeness .

Your Profile Strong understanding of SRM illustration and authoring practices in the aerospace domain. Hands-on experience with Technical illustration tool-Tech Draw (3 DVIA Composer, or similar tools). Good knowledge and ability to interpret engineering drawings (2 D/3 D, CAD models, BOMs) . Ability to guide and support junior illustrators and authors . Experience in reviewing deliverables and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Capability to train and onboard new team members on tools, standards, and processes. Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) for rejections and implement preventive actions. Experience in creating and delivering knowledge-sharing sessions and training content . Familiarity with Airbus documentation standards and technical publication environments .
