With strong enterprise client relationships and growing demand, they offer an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.We're hiring for a Vice President of Delivery to lead recruiting operations, drive profitability, and scale delivery teams across technology staffing and executive search.
What You Will DoLead and scale recruiting delivery teams across technology staffing and eventually executive search.Coach and develop recruiters and managers to improve productivity and placements.Partner with sales leadership to prioritize client needs and maximize fulfillment.Improve recruiting processes, candidate quality, and delivery performance.Own delivery P&L, gross profit, margins, and recruiting performance metrics.Build recruiting capacity and leverage technology and AI to drive efficiency.
What We're Looking ForProven leadership experience in technology staffing, ideally contract or on-demand staffing.Track record of building, managing, and developing successful recruiting teams.Strong understanding of recruiting operations, delivery metrics, and profitability.Hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style with strong commercial judgment.Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.Experience in Data, AI, Engineering, or executive search is a plus.
