IT System Support

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following: Demonstrating a general knowledge of IT System Administration skill at the enterprise level; Utilizing VMware vSphere for server virtualization; Working knowledge of with Microsoft Active Directory; Utilizing Microsoft SCCM for package deployment and imaging; Working knowledge of MS Powershell or other automation technologies; Applying appropriate troubleshooting methodologies to isolate issues and recommend solutions; Understanding of basic networking concepts; Implementing and support of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SAS, SATA, SSD, USB, and PC Architecture; Processing IT procurement requests; Managing vendors for 3rd party support tasks; Working knowledge/experience within IT operations, specifically on-prem infrastruc
