Support Specialist | Frederick, MD | Fully Onsite | Hybrid | $17/hourA leading retail and consumer products company is looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Specialist to be the face of their customer experience team. What You'll Be Doing:Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, returns, and general supportProvide knowledgeable product recommendations and guidance on a wide range of offeringsProcess orders, exchanges, and account updates accurately and efficientlyMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actionsStay up to date on new products, promotions, and company offeringsSupport daily operational and administrative tasks as needed
