Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams.

Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly & quarterly business targets.

Monitor sales funnels, conversions, and team productivity.

Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.

Ensure effective lead management and CRM hygiene.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.

Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.

Build a strong performance-driven and customer-centric sales culture.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business review updates.

What We're Looking For

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

6+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Ed Tech or B2 C preferred).

Minimum 3 years of team handling experience (Mandatory).

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage.
