Project Manager

You will be the main contact for clients during their projects: turning requirements into a plan, keeping the team on schedule and making sure clients always know where their project stands. Most of our clients are in the UK, US and Europe, so part of your day overlaps with their working hours.

Responsibilities

• Turn client requirements into scoped tasks, estimates and milestones
• Run sprint planning, stand‑ups and progress updates
• Keep clients informed with clear written updates and demos
• Track scope, risks and changes, and agree them with the client
• Coordinate developers and designers across several projects
• Organise testing and launch checklists

Requirements

• 3+ years managing web or software projects
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira, ClickUp or Trello
• Enough technical understanding to discuss APIs, hosting and integrations with developers
• Very organised, with clear and honest communication

Nice to have

• Experience with hospitality or property‑management software projects
• A project‑management certification such as Scrum Master or PRINCE2
