Assembly Supervisor

In this role, you will serve as a business partner focused on driving results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost while fostering a positive, metrics-driven culture. You will be responsible for leading daily operations, developing team members and leaders, and ensuring the execution of continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys using data to drive decision-making. Primary Job Duties Operate as a business partner demonstrating metrics-based leadership in areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Ensures effective employee relations, coaching, and employment development  Create a positive culture focused on metrics Responsible for driving a culture of safety, and driving accountability and excellence. Owns quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Mentor existing Leads and/or develop Leads to help facilitate company goals and objectives.
