Operations manager

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across outlets/central kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. The role involves managing teams, streamlining processes, maintaining service standards, and driving business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of outlets/central kitchen Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (kitchen, service, stores) Monitor service quality, food quality, and operational efficiency

2. Team Leadership & Management

Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and productivity Conduct performance reviews and drive team development

3. Process & Quality Control

Implement and maintain SOPs across operations Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI) Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions

4. Cost & Inventory Management

Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall operational expenses Work closely with procurement and store teams for inventory control Minimize wastage and improve efficiency

5. Customer Experience

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Handle escalations and improve service standards Implement feedback-driven improvements

6. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations Coordinate with management for business planning and expansion Drive process improvements and operational strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience as Operations Manager in F& B / hospitality industry Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in handling multi-unit operations / central kitchen preferred Good understanding of P& L, cost control, and inventory management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Graduate / MBA / Hotel Management preferred 5–10 years of relevant experience
