Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams.
• Strong understanding of General Insurance products and sales processes.
• Experience in team handling, business development, and target achievement.
• Prior experience in agency, direct sales, or distribution channels will be preferred.
• Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives/advisors.
• Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
• Support team members in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion in Solapur and nearby areas.
• Track team productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.
