Address: Ground Floor, 6th, 9th and 10th Floor, Ambit IT Park, 32A & 32B, Ambit Park Rd, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Greater Chennai, Tamil Nadu

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA

Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve networking-related issues.
• Diagnose basic TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and connectivity problems.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate incident and service request records.
• Deliver timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

✅ Basic Networking Knowledge

✅ TCP/IP Fundamentals

✅ Network Troubleshooting Skills

✅ Technical Support Experience

✅ Good Understanding of LAN/WAN Concepts

✅ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching
• Experience using ticketing tools
• Customer-facing support experience
• Network Monitoring Knowledge

Eligibility

• 2-5 years of relevant Technical Support or Network Support experience.
• Any Degree
• Strong communication skills are mandatory.
