Lead SAP FICO Consultant (AR & GL) | RE-FX | Dubai (Onsite) | Contract-to-Hire

Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Important: This is an onsite opportunity based in Dubai. Candidates must be willing to work from the client location in Dubai.

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) processes. The ideal candidate will lead business-critical finance initiatives, provide functional leadership to technical teams, and work closely with business stakeholders.

Mandatory: Hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) in UAE-based projects.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end SAP FICO AR & GL processes

✅ Functional leadership and guidance for technical teams

✅ Revenue Recognition (Cash & Accrual Basis)

✅ Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) processing using Bills of Exchange

✅ Customer Ageing, Provisioning, Write-offs & Write-backs

✅ Long-term Receivables Discounting

✅ FINTAP Interest Income Calculations

✅ Customer Dunning, Collections & Credit Management

✅ UAE Banking Integrations & Financial Compliance

✅ Stakeholder Management across Business, Banking Partners & SAP Teams

Required Experience

• Strong SAP FICO expertise with focus on AR & GL
• Proven experience in SAP RE-FX / Real Estate Management
• Experience with UAE financial and banking processes
• Exposure to cheque management and financial instruments
• Ability to lead teams and drive best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
