Qualification :

• MBBS, BScN/Post-RN or PharmD; valid PMDC, PNC or PCP registration.
• Master’s in Public Health, Healthcare Administration or Quality preferred.
• CPHQ, CPPS, Lean Six Sigma, CIC or Risk Management certification preferred.

Experience :

• 3–5 years’ tertiary hospital experience, including 2+ years in Quality, Patient Safety or Risk Management.
• Experience in RCA/FMEA, incident management, clinical audits and healthcare regulatory/accreditation compliance.

Job Description:

• Lead patient safety, clinical quality and risk-management processes.
• Investigate incidents, sentinel events and near-misses; conduct RCA/FMEA.
• Implement IPSG, MSDS and applicable regulatory standards.
• Conduct safety rounds, audits and manage incident reporting systems.
• Develop monthly safety/quality dashboards and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate accreditation, regulatory audits and compliance activities.
• Deliver patient safety and quality training to clinical staff.
