What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team.

• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse operators, Sales teams, and Dealers to ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, and timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs, including proper storage, stacking, and handling of all SKUs.
• Monitor market fulfillment, sales commitments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely execution and resolution of pending dispatches and deliveries.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile inventory with system records in coordination with 3PL operators.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational inefficiencies, and dispatch-related issues through effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain periodic warehouse and logistics performance reports covering inventory, dispatches, deliveries, and market fulfillment.
• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping to ensure strict adherence to client SLAs. Perform any other work assigned by line manager.

This position is in Lahore, Pakistan.

How do we describe a perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory control.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations. Experience with 3PL operations will be preferred.
• Warehouse Operations Management, Stock Audit & Reconciliation, 3PL Vendor Management, Data Analysis. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
