This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced NDT professional who is ready to take on broader responsibility for managing a business. The facility operates with a small team of approximately 10 employees, and the successful candidate will play a key role in technical oversight, employee development, customer relationships, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in NDT, experience supervising technicians, and knowledge of industry certification and quality requirements.
