Job Description
1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: KRAs
•
Participate in all new product development activities from launch stage onwards.
•
Attend and contribute in Design Reviews to ensure quality requirements are addressed.
•
Review DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP& R) activities.
•
Identify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed.
•
Review supplier quality activities related to new product development including PPAP, validation, and process capability studies.
•
Ensure implementation of lessons learned and continual quality improvements.
•
Ensure product and process quality compliance during development stage.
•
Drive corrective and preventive actions for identified quality concerns in new product.
2. GENERAL/SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (review)
•
Support internal audits, customer PPAP audits.
3. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
•
3–5 years of experience in Quality functions.
•
Knowledge of AI use.
