LPN Acute Care Transition Specialty Unit Nights

UCHealth is seeking a night-shift LPN for our Acute Care Transition Specialty Unit. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on nursing care to adult patients as they move through different levels of acuity. Working within a collaborative, academic-based health system, you will monitor patient status, administer medications, perform treatments, and document care accurately in the EMR. You’ll support admissions, discharges, and transfers, reinforcing education for safe transitions home or to other settings.
