What You’ll Do: Execute the technical design process from product development through final fit for casual intimates and shapewearAnalyze and evaluate garments to establish accurate fit specifications that meet established fit, comfort, and quality standardsDevelop technical specifications and communicate fit comments, approvals, and corrections to vendors and factoriesPartner with Design to ensure products align with design intent, manufacturing capabilities, quality standards, and target costsCoordinate adjustments with factories while maintaining the integrity of approved prototypes and ensuring product qualityCollaborate with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment to support product development and resolve challenges
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Fashion or equivalent experience5+ years of technical design experience in intimates and/or apparelStrong expertise in garment fit, technical specifications, fit evaluation, and tech packsFlexible, collaborative problem-solver who maintains composure in stressful situationsApproachable, empathetic, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support team needsOpen to new ways of working and proactive in identifying solutions to challengesAble to work onsite in ManhattanIt is critical that all applicants include details on the specific product types they have worked on, not just the name of the brand.
