Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our India Client Services team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
Assistant Vice President / Vice President-India Client Services Practice
We will count on you to:
- Identification of global program opportunities amongst Indian Multinational Companies
- Collaborating with internal colleagues across practices and pooling resources to create a client-centric value proposition
- Preparing and Floating Underwriting Submission in the insurance markets
- Coordinating with various stakeholders at Insurers / Reinsurers as well as Internal Stakeholders for all insurance placement related requirements
- Verifying the terms received from Insurers and Preparation of Quotation Comparative Report
- Global Program Execution and Administration
- Liaising with underwriters for administration of insurance programs
- Updating Client Policy Data on internal Marsh technology platforms for clients
- Booking and Invoicing Revenue in internal Marsh systems
- Client Retention and Identifying expanded / cross-sell opportunities in existing clients
What you need to have:
- Domain Knowledge preferred.
- MBA degree
- Sound technical insurance knowledge in Property, Marine, Casualty, Financial Lines, Engineering
- 7-10 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
- Ability to manage diverse client Cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management Skills
- Experience in Insurance Companies/ Insurance Broking company,
