We are seeking a talented individual to join our India Client Services team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Assistant Vice President / Vice President-India Client Services Practice

We will count on you to:

• Identification of global program opportunities amongst Indian Multinational Companies
• Collaborating with internal colleagues across practices and pooling resources to create a client-centric value proposition
• Preparing and Floating Underwriting Submission in the insurance markets
• Coordinating with various stakeholders at Insurers / Reinsurers as well as Internal Stakeholders for all insurance placement related requirements
• Verifying the terms received from Insurers and Preparation of Quotation Comparative Report
• Global Program Execution and Administration
• Liaising with underwriters for administration of insurance programs
• Updating Client Policy Data on internal Marsh technology platforms for clients
• Booking and Invoicing Revenue in internal Marsh systems
• Client Retention and Identifying expanded / cross-sell opportunities in existing clients

What you need to have:

• Domain Knowledge preferred.
• MBA degree
• Sound technical insurance knowledge in Property, Marine, Casualty, Financial Lines, Engineering
• 7-10 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
• Ability to manage diverse client Cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
• Client Engagement and Relationship Management Skills
• Experience in Insurance Companies/ Insurance Broking company,
