Position Description Advertised Job Summary:
Maintenance Tech (General Maintenance Technician I), Salary: $36,608 $44,845 per year, USCA Facilities Administration Under direct supervision of Maintenance Supervisor, performs trades related duties to accomplish facilities/equipment preventive maintenance, installations, construction and renovation tasks. May work in a crew or independently. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Considerable knowledge of tools, equipment & materials used in general building maintenance & construction trades applicable to the job. Considerable knowledge of the techniques, methods & practices of the designated trades areas. Minimum requirements: Accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program and no prior work experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
