• Getting on calls with creators. Lots of them. Listening, noticing patterns, and bringing those insights back to the team.
• Trying out upsell and cross-sell ideas, seeing what sticks, and learning from what doesn't.
• Looking at the numbers to understand what's actually working.
• Brainstorming what to try next with product and the founders.
