Position Responsibilities Quote and sell personal lines insurance products Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and follow-up Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate Provide responsive, professional customer service Follow up with prospects and existing policyholders Maintain accurate customer and policy information Meet established sales and service goals Qualifications Active Property Casualty insurance license required Previous insurance sales or agency experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a professional approach Strong sales, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated and organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is driven, dependable, professional, and passionate about helping customers .
