Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Activities and Responsibilities:Perform cosmetic treatments including but not limited to Botox, Dysport, Jeaveaux, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser hair removal, BBL, etc.Perform Botox for Chronic Migraine treatmentAssess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, and post-care instructions.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all medical regulations.Stay updated with the latest aesthetic technique and trends along with product advancementsProvide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Attends and participates in all general and team meetingsParticipates in all necessary aspects of marketing/special event planning and executionSocial media presenceQualifications:Active and unrestricted NP/PA OH licenseMinimum of 1 year injecting experienceCertification and proficiency in administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers- mid to high level skills with Allergan and Galderma portfoliosStrong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment and treatment planningExcellent communication and interpersonal skills- ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clientsCommitment to patient safety, education, and natural-looking resultsAble to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentPassion for aesthetics and patient careAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
