Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:Champion a strong food safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and other teams to drive operational success.Collaborate with corporate engineering, R&D, and business teams to support current and future system needs.Work with site leadership to identify and prioritize capital and operational improvement opportunities.Improve equipment reliability and operational performance through continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.Develop training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing resources to strengthen team capabilities.Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across operations.Maintain and improve system data to support performance analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.Provide technical expertise to optimize production processes, operating parameters, and product quality.Evaluate and communicate the financial impact of operational decisions to support business planning and budgeting. xzbcwsv Ensure data accuracy, documentation integrity, and audit readiness to support investigations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:Bachelors degree in Engineering required5+ years experience in manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of advanced data and statistical analysis, GMPs, and quality control regulationsGeneral Engineering Principles and CI knowledge
