Required Skills

• 1-9 years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) security.
• A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTECH) degree.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Saviynt, including configuration, development of workflows, and connector management.
• Strong understanding of core IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Familiarity with directory services protocols (LDAP) and enterprise directories like Microsoft Active Directory.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
• Clear and concise communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
