What You’ll DoAssignments will vary depending on client needs but may includeLead month-end and year-end close processesOversee GL accounting activities, reconciliations, and financial analysisManage budgeting, forecasting, and variance reportingSupport audit preparation and liaise with external auditorsStrengthen internal controls and enhance accounting processesAssist in ERP implementations, system enhancements, or transitionsProvide leadership to accounting teams during periods of growth or changeStep in as interim Controller or Accounting Manager as needed

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experienceStrong knowledge of US GAAPProven xzbcwsv ability to excel in fast-paced or changing environmentsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetCPA or MBA is a plusExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is valuable
