Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and business growth in the US Recruitment, Staffing, and Non-IT Services market.

This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals interested in sales, client communication, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals .
• Identify and connect with potential US clients.
• Understand client hiring needs and present suitable recruitment solutions.
• Build client relationships and follow up on business opportunities.
• Maintain lead and client information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with recruiters to support successful placements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any relevant bachelor's degree.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales and business development.
• Proactive, confident, and willing to learn.
