• At SoCheers, a Senior Art Director – Video plays an important role in shaping how ideas are translated into motion. You bring strong creative judgment, taste, and storytelling instincts while guiding teams toward stronger visual outputs.
• You collaborate closely with senior creative leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure that video storytelling remains consistent, platform-native, and creatively ambitious.
• You also mentor video editors and help strengthen the creative capability of the team.

What will you do?

• Lead video storytelling direction across key campaigns and brands.
• Define narrative approach, pacing, and visual language for video outputs.
• Ensure consistency of storytelling across formats and platforms.
• Guide Art Directors, Senior Visualisers, and Visualisers on execution.
• Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams on integrated creative ideas.
• Ensure that video outputs align with brand narratives and campaign objectives.
• Maintain high standards of craft, storytelling, and execution.
• Support teams in refining ideas and solving creative challenges.
• Mentor junior team members and help strengthen video storytelling capability.
• Ensure timelines are met while maintaining creative quality.
