Junior Graphic Designer

Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer / Visualizer Location: Andheri East, MIDC, Mumbai (Hybrid) Reports To: Creative Head / Design Lead Employment Type: Full-Time Note: Only candidates from Mumbai will be considered. About the Role We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer/Visualizer to join our creative team. You will work on a variety of client projects, including social media creatives, event posters, brand collateral, and digital marketing assets across industries such as fintech, lifestyle, heritage brands, and BFSI. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their design career to grow under mentorship while handling real client work. Key Responsibilities - Design creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including static posts, carousels, and story formats. - Create posters, banners, and promotional materials for client events and campaigns. - Assist senior designers with brand identity projects and marketing collateral. - Ensure designs adhere to client brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone). - Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on design drafts. - Prepare print-ready and web-ready files as needed. - Stay updated on design trends relevant to digital marketing. - Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align visuals with messaging. - Manage multiple design requests within deadlines across different client accounts. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva is a plus. - Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles. - Excellent video editing and creation skills for reels, short-form social videos, and basic motion graphics (experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects is advantageous). - Ability to take constructive feedback and work within brand guidelines. - Good time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - A portfolio that demonstrates design sensibility (student projects or personal work are acceptable, with a preference for video samples). Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics. - Familiarity with social media ad specifications and formats. - Interest in digital marketing and branding.
