He should be aware about the Tree felling permission and its process at Karnataka/Kerala State. Basic information about Forest Clerence applied for Transmission Lines. He should have the basic skill for ROW matters. Capable to discuss and convince Landowners Checking and understanding of required engineering drawings for the Project execution.
