Key Responsibilities

Create static and motion ads for platforms like Meta, Google, and You Tube etc Turn marketing briefs into clear, eye-catching ad designs that drive clicks and conversion Work with marketing teams to understand target audience and campaign goals Make multiple versions of ads for testing different ideas (hooks, visuals, formats) Keep brand look consistent while focusing on performance Design banners, thumbnails, and short promotional creatives Deliver creatives quickly for fast-moving ad campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–6 years of experience in graphic design (preferably ads or digital marketing) Strong portfolio with ad designs that improved performance (clicks, conversions, etc.) Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic After Effects (preferred)
