Role Overview:

We are looking for an Executive – DSP & OEM with hands-on experience in digital advertising, DSPs, and performance campaigns. The role involves campaign execution, optimization, OEM/DSP partnerships, revenue management, and identifying new supply opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across DSPs and OEM platforms.
• Understand campaign briefs and execute strategies based on client requirements and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, ROI, and other key metrics.
• Plan and implement targeting strategies including audience, geo, interest, and keyword targeting.
• Identify performance issues and drive continuous campaign optimization.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Tech, Finance, and OEM/DSP partners for smooth campaign execution and billing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign or technical issues.
• Identify and onboard new DSPs and direct supply sources to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSP/OEM partners and contribute to revenue growth.
• Support strategic planning and revenue management initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, DSPs, OEMs, or a related technical/account management role.
• Prior experience in the ad-tech ecosystem is mandatory — publisher, trading desk, DSP, ad network, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and creative approach to campaign optimization and business growth.
