Verifies and documents all program participant activity in appropriate databases and paper files, including but not limited to attendance, participation, and future needs and goals.
# Orients new program participants to placement program rules, regulations, and policies.
# Conducts project presentations to potential local employment partners.
# Coordinates and conducts Job Readiness Training groups.
# Partners with project staff to ensure the needs of all program participants assigned to Career Systems Development for services are met.
# Bachelor’s Degree.
(One year of experience in personnel, guidance, industrial, sales, or social work. xzbcwsv Social awareness, cooperation with a team, record keeping, community job market, computer literacy, oral and written communication skills, presentation/public speaking, and employment preparation skills.
