Hiring: Senior Fashion Designer | Nuce Loom, New Delhi

Nuce Loom is seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to join our team in Saket, New Delhi.

This is a full-time, in-office role for a designer who is deeply passionate about their craft — someone who can lead with creativity, execute with precision, and bring a considered point of view to every stage of the design process.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design of collections from concept to final sample Drive seasonal direction across silhouettes, fabrics, colour, and embellishment Oversee fabric and trim sourcing in alignment with the brand's vision Work closely with the production and sampling team to ensure design integrity Guide and mentor junior members of the design team Maintain awareness of market trends while upholding a distinctive brand aesthetic

Requirements:

3–4 years of experience in womenswear Strong knowledge of Indian textiles, construction, and surface techniques Excellent eye for detail, proportion, and finishing Ability to work independently and lead within a collaborative environment A strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and technical ability
