Role Description The Client Experience & Retreat Specialist is a key role based in Delhi, India, with travel required for on-site retreat execution. This position is central to our mission, taking ownership of client lead communications and on-ground retreat operations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Client Management: Engage directly with incoming client leads via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram to guide them through our packages and convert inquiries into bookings. On-Ground Hosting: Co-host and manage serene retreat stays, serving as the main point of contact to ensure guest comfort and seamless operations. Logistics & Coordination: Work closely with property hosts, vendors, and internal teams to organize schedules, travel logistics, and setup. Guest Feedback: Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and gather feedback to continuously elevate the retreat experience.

Qualifications Passion for Travel: A genuine enthusiasm for travel and exploring offbeat getaway locations. Communication Skills: Outstanding client service skills with active listening, clear phone/text etiquette, and an empathetic hospitality mindset. Organizational Abilities: Strong administrative skills, schedule management, and attention to detail across multiple tasks. Problem-Solving: Proven reliability and flexibility to troubleshoot issues smoothly in dynamic, real-time event environments.

Location & Flexibility: Based in Delhi, India, with willingness to travel to retreat sites and adapt to event schedules.
