What You'll Do• Manage and run tax engagements from start to finish• Prepare and review individual, corporate and high-net-worth tax returns• Work directly with a diverse and established client base• Manage deadlines and client deliverables• Research tax issues and provide thoughtful solutions• Develop strong, long-term client relationships• Work collaboratively with partners and other members of the tax team
What We're Looking For• Approximately 3–10 years of public accounting tax experience• Strong individual and corporate tax experience• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses• Ability to independently manage engagements and client relationships• CPA preferred• UltraTax experience preferred• Strong communication, organization and client-service skills
