We’re Hiring: B2B LinkedIn Outreach Specialist / SDR

Location: India – Remote

Experience: 3–5 years in B2B LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, prospecting or sales development

Infotechtion is looking for an experienced B2B LinkedIn Outreach Specialist / SDR to identify relevant prospects and initiate meaningful conversations with business decision-makers through LinkedIn.

This is an outreach and early-stage qualification role , not a direct-selling or closing position.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage 400+ personalized LinkedIn outreach activities per month , including connection requests, messages and structured follow-ups

• Research target companies, decision-makers and buyer personas

• Build, segment and maintain accurate prospect databases

• Write personalized outreach messages for different industries and stakeholders

• Initiate conversations and identify genuine interest or business relevance

• Qualify early-stage prospects and hand suitable opportunities to the sales team with complete context

• Track connection rates, responses, positive replies and qualified conversations

• Analyze outreach performance and recommend campaign improvements

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, prospecting or sales development

• Excellent written English and strong message-personalization skills

• Experience managing large prospect databases and outreach data

• Strong research, analytical and organizational capabilities

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM and sales-engagement tools

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience supporting SaaS, enterprise technology or international sales campaigns would be an advantage

• Ability to collaborate with international sales teams across different time zones
