Picture your favorite boutique in...Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidates• Communicate and effectively partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deeply understand roles and build out structured processes and create effective job descriptions• Drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, along with internal referrals, to identify and attract high quality candidates• Drive the offer process to onboard candidates• Help maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and build out transparent reporting for stakeholders on recruiting activityRequirements & Details:• 4+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace environment• You are resourceful, proactive and take initiative on helping to solve complex talent puzzles• You are passionate about recruiting• You are organized and have excellent time management skills• You care deeply about the candidate experience and employee brand, with impeccable attention to detailSalary: $148,000 to $203,500 per yearJob Type: Full-timeWork Mode: On-siteApply directly on the Faire careers page using the Apply button.
