Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Open as per candidate experience and industry network)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the furniture manufacturing and turnkey interior segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Consultants, PMCs, and Corporate Clients.
• Identify and secure projects in Hotels, Hospitals, Offices, Pharma, Retail, and Commercial sectors.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
• Work closely with the design, estimation, production, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project opportunities from lead generation to order closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Participate in industry events, networking activities, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain an active database of architects, consultants, and key decision-makers.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the Furniture Manufacturing or Interior Industry.
• Strong network of Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Consultants, and Corporate Clients.
• Proven experience in project sales and turnkey interior business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of furniture products, materials, project specifications, and BOQ understanding.
• Ability to independently generate and close business opportunities
