Interim HealthCare is seeking an Overnight LPN for the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. You will perform assessments, administer medications, provide wound and chronic disease care, and follow individualized care plans under RN and physician direction. Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the care team to promote safety, comfort, and independence. Document all care accurately in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
