Job Position

We are seeking candidates for the role of Associate Art Director / Art Director

Job Responsibilities

• Understanding and interpreting client briefs
• Design social media posts/covers, online Ad artworks, artwork for animated posts, UI,and Key Visuals.
• Use generative AI tools to explore concepts, build mood boards, and present quick visual routes at the pitch and ideation stage
• Keeping budget, time, and production constraints in mind
• Ability to understand and adhere to brand identity guidelines
• Working and collaborating with account managers, the creative team, the community management team, and other designers.
• Working on a range of design projects, ranging from social media posts to packaging design and full-scale branding projects
• Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format and size before being sent to Account managers or Social media managers
• Incorporate feedback

Requirements

• At least 3 years of prior experience in graphic design
• Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense
• Hands-on experience with AI generation, digital design, typography, color, layouts, illustrations, photo manipulation, print production, image processing, and packaging design
• Proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design and wireframing tools
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
