Rutherford Regional Health System seeks a Registered Nurse for our 2nd Medical inpatient unit. The RN delivers compassionate, evidence-based care for adult medical patients, including assessment, care planning, medication administration, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, responding to changes in condition, performing procedures, documenting in the EHR, and educating patients and families.
